Frequently Asked Questions
How does it move on its own?
How does it move on its own?
Inside the soft cover sits a small rechargeable motor ball. Switch it on, zip the cover closed, and it rolls, bounces and changes direction by itself — your dog never knows where it goes next.
Is it safe for my dog?
Is it safe for my dog?
Yes. The hard motor ball is fully wrapped in a soft fabric cover with no sharp edges. It's made for supervised chase-and-play sessions, not as a chew toy — if your dog is a heavy chewer, take it away once playtime is over.
Does it work for small and big dogs?
Does it work for small and big dogs?
At about 6 inches (15 cm) it's the perfect size for most breeds — small dogs push and chase it, bigger dogs grab the tabs and carry it around. Great for cats too.
How long does the battery last?
How long does the battery last?
A full charge (about 2 hours via USB) gives several play sessions over multiple days. The ball switches off automatically when untouched to save battery.
